Cloning, sequence analysis, high-level expression and protein engineering of microbial enzymes used in industries and medicine including lipases, esterases, proteases, cellulases, lactase, streptokinase.
DNA analysis

Investigating on biodiversity and QTL of animals and gene defect of human using molecular markers including RAPD, RFLP, AFLP, microsatellite, SNP, real time PCR, sequencing.
Accession of biodiversity of animals and plants farmed in aquacultural area using molecular markers.
Investigation on QTLs of animals in order to select animals with high productivity, good meat quality and disease resistance.
Investigation on human gene defects exposed to chemicals: CYP1B1, AHR, SRD5A1, G6PD, Duchene Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Becker Muscular Dystrophy (BMD), Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Survial Motor Neutron, Apoptosis Inhibitory Protein (NAIP).
